More recent is our production of “U” tubes for heat exchangers, started about 15 years ago, which has permitted us to position our Company among the most known and specialized of the field.

Tubes, usually supplied in account of manufacture, are submitted to the bending, the cutting, the trimming and the possible heat treatment of stress relieving in neutral atmosphere on the bent zone with azote blowing.

On request, we carry out tests and checks, such as:

• hydraulic pressure test (up to 450 Bar)
• dimensional controls
• dye penetrant check
• magnetic crack detection
• ultrasonic inspection

Heat exchanger “U” tubes are finally bound in homogeneous bundles divided per bending radius and strapped by iron hoops or expendable polyester straps (for stainless steel tubes), or ranged in wooden slats or cases wrapped with polystyrene foil or tar-paper.
